SKY Schools is dedicated to providing youth with a healthy body, mind, and lifestyle. We do this by equipping young people with practical tools and life skills to manage stress and emotions. When students learn to navigate stress constructively, they show greater confidence, stronger academic motivation, and the resilience needed to make positive choices.

The SKY Campus Happiness Iinitiative is a global movement dedicated to creating greater happiness, resilience, and human connection through practical tools for well-being. Rooted in breathwork, meditation, mindfulness, and community, the initiative brings people together to reduce stress, cultivate inner peace, and build a more compassionate and harmonious world.

An initiative dedicated to supporting veterans and active-duty service members as they return home. Through evidence-informed breathing practices, meditation, wellness programs, and community connection, Welcome Home Troops helps those who have served manage stress, build resilience, and reconnect with a greater sense of peace and belonging.

The IAHV Prison Program brings breathing, meditation, and resilience training to incarcerated individuals, helping reduce stress, manage emotions, and support positive behavioral change. Programs have reached correctional facilities across the U.S. and internationally, helping participants develop greater self-awareness, resilience, and a renewed sense of purpose.

The IAHV Law Enforcement Resilience Program helps officers manage occupational stress, strengthen emotional resilience, and improve well-being through evidence-informed breathing and meditation practices. Piloted with the Metropolitan Police Department in Washington, D.C., the program demonstrated significant improvements in stress, sleep, focus, and overall well-being.

The Green Pocket Forests initiative helps schools, cities, and organizations transform urban spaces into dense, biodiverse ecosystems using the Miyawaki Method. Through a collaborative, community-driven planting process, the program delivers rapid greening, restores local habitats, and strengthens community well-being.

Cities4Peace is an initiative bringing peacebuilding, resilience, and nonviolence into communities through partnerships with civic leaders, law enforcement, educators, and community organizations. Since 2019, the initiative has delivered programs in communities including South Central Los Angeles, Pomona, and Albuquerque, equipping local change-makers with practical tools for stress management, meditation, leadership, and conflict transformation.
