A single session of SKY increases calm and relaxation brain waves up to 8%. SKY practitioners also reported a 37% increased in serenity in 4 weeks.
Better Quality of Life
In randomized controlled trials, participants reported a 12% improvement in physical quality of life alongside gains in optimism, mental well-being, and happiness.
